Mr. Norman Lloyd Wilcoxen, 82 of rural Abingdon, passed away at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at his home.He was born October 22, 1939 in Galesburg, the son of Lloyd W. and Serena (Surroz) Wilcoxen.Norm is survived by his companion of 40 years, Carolyn Reifsteck; his son, Jeff (Dena) Wilcoxen of Florida; his bonus family, Randy Reifsteck and Deborah Martz both of Abingdon; his bonus grandchildren, Nathan Martz, Nicholas Martz, and Kylie Reifsteck.He was preceded in death by his parents.Norm grew up in in the London Mills area and graduated from Valley High School in 1957. you can be sure that death notices are quickly and accurately disseminated on a permanent basis.
